Step 2: Neutralize

 

Step 2: Neutralize is the second step in the brow lamination process. When applied to the brow, this gentle, aloe-enriched serum balances the pH in order to set the brows into the desired shape. This results in a strong flexible hold for each individual brow hair that lasts up to 6 weeks.

 

Key Ingredient: 

Aloe: Aloe vera is famously known for its natural medicinal properties. As a key ingredient, aloe delivers antioxidants and vitamins to soothe and nourish the skin while processing the brow hairs. The use of aloe in our lamination system significantly reduces the risk of irritation which makes this line gentle and safe for all skin types.

WARNING: Follow the instructions. Wear suitable gloves. Contains hydrogen peroxide. Do not use on or near  irritated or injured skin. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately  with water. Keep out of reach of children.

 
 


  
HOW TO USE:

Once Step 1: Perm has been thoroughly removed, apply Step 2: Neutralize to brows, cover the brows with a new plastic wrap, and allow brows to neutralize.  

 

NEUTRALIZING TIMES

Fine Hair: 5-6 minutes

Medium Hair: 6-7 Minutes

Coarse Hair: 7-8 Minutes 

 

Once the full processing time has been reached, remove the Step 2: Neutralize solution with water on a damp cotton round in an upward and outward motion. Cotton round should be damp or 50% wet, not dripping. 

Follow with two dry cotton round to remove any excess moisture.
