Wine Matte Lip Paint

Our Wine (Medium Purple) Matte Paint Lipsticks has a velvety smooth matte finish, which encases lips in rich, buildable, long wearing color. It applies as a creamy liquid but shortly dries to an ultra long lasting matte finish.
